Scot King has been a finalist and prize winner at many piano contests throughout the USA & France. He is a pianist of high technical accomplishments and he is a very unique artist. His playing of the complete Etudes of Chopin was found to be very deserving at the KUSC ratio station in Los Angeles, CA and a portion of his cd was broadcast.

Mr. King attended California Institue of the Arts in Valencia,CA where he studied with Leonid Hambro, (Victor Borge's sidekick) Afterwards he obtained an advanced degree at the Royal College of Music in London, England where he worked with Colin Horsely, a widely acclaimed concert pianist from New Zealand. Other notable musical influences included Steven de Groote, the 1st prize winner of the 7th Van Cliburn contest and his high school teacher who was Aube Tzerko who he studied privately with at his home in Hollywood, CA.
